Itineraries
Coming from Tirana towards Apollonia Archaeological Park, we take a stop at the Ardenica Monastery where we have a church complex. (distance: 120km, duration: 1 hour and 47 minutes).
After the visit to Ardenica, we will continue to the village of Libofshë (distance: 17km; duration: 24 minutes), where we have a series of Byzantine-type Orthodox churches located on the hills of Libofshë and the plain of Myzeqe below them. There we have the Monastery of Saint Kozmai or Kolkondas (23.5km from Apollonia), after it we have the church of Saint George, and then the Church of Saint Kolli in Vanaj.
After visiting the churches of the Libofsha area, we come to the Apollonia Archaeological Park, where we will find the Church and Monastery of Saint Mary.

The departure is from the city of Tirana or Vlora and the first stop is in the village of Klos in Mallakastra where we visit the ancient city of Nikaia, from the 4th century BC. which is located 5 km away from Byllis Archaeological Park.
